Nursery Coordinator

The nursery at Unity Baptist Church ministers to both parents and children. The purpose of our nursery is to provide a safe and loving environment for our youngest children. We want your child’s first impression of their church to be a cheerful place where they want to be and where they are loved and accepted.
Nursery for infants and toddlers is provided during all worship services, and is staffed by both paid and volunteer caregivers.
While the children are in the nursery, they are forming relationships with the nursery workers and learning the foundations of our faith in Jesus. We have 2 full-time Sunday School teachers in each room. This consistency helps the children feel secure and happy. During all other services, we have at least 2 adults in each room.
For the safety of our children, each family is entered into our Parent Pager photo identification check-in system. Each child receives a photo name tag upon check-in and can only be released to an authorized adult on file.
Children who have turned 3 prior to September 1, 2007 participate in our Children’s Program.
